Mobile Working Business Process Re-engineering - BPR (UK Police Service)
Assisted several UK Police Forces with the capture, mapping and subsequent re-engineering of a number of front-line policing processes during the transition to a mobile working (PDA / laptop-based) environment. Also contributed to the benefits management & realisation workstreams associated with these projects.

Project Manager (Europe)
Led a team assisting a European national police force with migration to a TETRA-based nationwide managed secure public sector radio service.

Bid Manager (Middle East)
Acted as Bid Manager for a vendor preparing a major Public Safety & Security digital trunked radio network tender.

Due Diligence (Europe)
Provided bid preparation and technical due diligence services on behalf of an industry consortium bidding for a European Managed Public Safety Radio Network contract.

Interim Project Director (Qatar)
Established and led the initial resourcing, project processes, procedures and documentation standards for implementation management of a nationwide, mission-critical, public safety & security communications system.

Project Consultant (United Arab Emirates)
Consultant to a national public safety TETRA system procurement and implementation programme. Responsibilities encompassed overall ‘buyer’s agent’ role, including bid evaluation, technical and project management, liaison between vendors and operational user departments, acceptance testing and internal change management.

Project Manager (Europe)
Overall project management and technical assurance responsibility for a major consultancy assignment to assist a national police force in a countrywide digital trunked radio system implementation. This included providing strategic, procurement, project management and operational change management support to the client team.
